Just wanted to start by saying how sorry I am that I’ve been so MIA lately! A couple months ago (back in August) I mentioned that I was in the process of making a couple changes to my blog. Turns out that process would take a lot longer than I thought; however, it’s still in the works. I didn’t want this change to slow me down from posting, so I thought I would go ahead and just make a couple posts until then.
It’s finally one of my favorite times of the year! I LOVE the FALL season! ❤️ The changing of leaves and the weather, Halloween and pumpkin spice EVERYTHING… Orange EVERYWHERE. Can it get any better than that?! (maybe… 🐔🍖🍗🎅🏼🤶🏼☃️❄️)
Since it is one of my favorite times of the year, I have officially finished decorating my home for the Fall and Halloween season. If you’d like to know where I got my Fall home decor, keep reading 😉
*Disclaimer: By NO means, am I a home decorating expert. I’m not an interior designer. I’m not trying to persuade you to purchase any of these items, and this post is NOT sponsored. I’m just simply sharing my home decor ideas/opinions and in case you are interested in some items I have purchased, the links are provided for you to make your life a little easier 😃
One of my favorite home decor pieces that I own is this wood perpetual block calendar (not Fall or Halloween decor) but essential for this month as we get closer to the holidays. Mine was a find from Ross. However, I did find a couple alternatives for those who are interested in one… I think they’re totally adorbs, click here.
These pumpkins were finds from the 99 cents store. (thanks to my mother for the suggestion) I grabbed 5 of them one day when I stopped by to actually buy paper plates and so happen to stroll by the Fall aisle.
The “hello FALL” sign is actually a DIY by ME! I’ve had some blank canvas’ here at home and thought it would be cute to create a fall sign, and this is what I got.
Leaves from Hobby Lobby!
This basket was a gift from my mom, she mentioned that she had it for a while, and actually doesn’t remember where she got it from. LOL
These pine cones were from a scented pine cone mix that I bought at Burlington, it came with other scented items; however, I put them away for the month and decided to add these pumpkins from the 99 cents store to give it some color!
PS – The small white and bright orange pumpkins were from Walmart. The pumpkins came in a mix bag for only $6!
These pumpkins were my FAVORITE find. This past weekend, my mom and I went to Hobby Lobby and BOY, DID WE HIT THE JACKPOT! Everything at Hobby Lobby was 40% on all Fall decor and we went crazy! They came in three different colors and sizes, I couldn’t resist and got them all. The lantern and candle were gifts from my momma. I believe they were all finds from Ross. (We love that store)
Before I found the larger rattan pumpkins, I found these smaller rattan pumpkins in a trio pack and thought they were ADORABLE! I thought they matched my candles very well, which were also from Hobby Lobby. Didn’t realize that they were vanilla scented until I opened the package, but hey! I’ll take it 😉 And the candle holder centerpieces were gifts from mom 😉 Leaves and pine cones came from a leaf mix that I purchased at Hobby Lobby (leaves can be found ANYWHERE, I would get them from Dollar Tree, honestly) ❤
And last, but NOT least is my outdoor decor. Didn’t go to crazy with the outdoor decor, just added two pumpkins from Hobby Lobby (White Pumpkin) (Orange Pumpkin). The lantern is the twin to my previous lantern decor that I had inside the house (gift from mom) and both the spider and spider web decor were from Dollar Tree. The mat is from Walmart (“hello” welcome mat). The witch’s shoes on the botton left side actually belong to my momma, I saw them in her Halloween decor box and took them from her for this year 😉 The fake succulent plant is from Burlington (not part of the Fall/Halloween decor) and both the “welcome” sign and “Avila” sign were more DIYs.
I’m such a sucker for good deals! If you would like to see any more Fall blog posts, or videos… Let me know in the comments.
**Thanks again for reading… Stay tuned for more!**
